In brief...
HIPs
10 September 07 saw the launch of HIPS to 3 bedroom properties in addition to 4 bedroom plus properties which was launched in August 07. A HIP has to be in place for all houses for sale on or after 10 September 07.
EPC (Energy Performance Certificate)
This measures the energy efficiency of a property and makes reccomendations on how to improve energy efficiency.
